Once the designs have been set in place, you, along with your builder, will receive a comprehensive set of design plans which include detailed drawings, finish specifications, and virtual renderings as a guide for your project.

From our thorough design development to installation, each phase is an integral part of our design process. We are committed to ensuring that every step of the process contributes to creating a space that is a true reflection of you and your lifestyle.

• Design Kick-off and Discovery: After the client questionnaire is completed, we'll take a look at inspiration images and discuss your your taste, preferences, and aspirations to get an in-depth understanding of the goals for your new space.

• Design Development: Our team refers to our discovery meeting notes to start the creations. Product research, customizing items, and sourcing materials will take place. We will also produce elevations, schematics, and plans. We will present a Lookbook of preliminary mood boards to get feedback from you, honing in on the appropriate design direction.

• Design Visualization & Approval: Once the designs are ready, we'll have an in-person meeting to review and finalize them. This may take one or several meetings depending on the scale of the project. Additionaly, you will get to experience the 3D Visualizations of your new project. 

• Project Management of Furnishings: We save you the time and stress, as we handle all of the details from ordering to the logistics. 

• Deliverables: For new builds or renovations, we will send a comprehensive set of design plans which include detailed drawings, finish specifications, and virtual renderings as a guide for your project. We are accessible to answer any questions your builder may have throughout the build. 

• Finale! Once your items have been delivered to our receiving warehouse, we then schedule an installation day. The installation may take several days depending on the scale of the project. Professional installation of furnishings, artwork, and accessories will take place on this day. Everything will be placed and styled to perfection, and you'll get to enjoy your new space!
